Here in the United States is one of the best days of the year..you know how Americans love their country and how they love to see their colors and flag all over the place!! So what a great idea to have a healthy dessert for today with ingredients that resemble the colors of the American flag.
This healthy dessert or snack is gluten free, sugar free and can be dairy free if you use coconut or soy or almond yogurt. Besides, itβs so low jun sugar that is perfect for diabetics!

This healthy dessert is so low in sugar and itβs so yummy and tasty anyway!! Itβs a very easy dessert to snack for any time of the day! You wonβt experience sugar spikes as long as your blood sugar levels are stable before eating.
The only sugar in this dessert is the natural sugar of the berriesβ¦ and you know theyβre your go-to fruits since theyβre the lowest in sugar.

INGREDIENTS
Cookie crumble:
3/4 cup or gr of almond flour
1/4 cup or gr coconut flour
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional, if you donβt use, then add a little bit more of almond flour and sweetener of choice)
40gr coconut oil (melted)
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
Other layers:
250gr greek yogurt or yogurt of choice (you can use the quantity you prefer for the layers)
5 strawberries (you can use the quantity you prefer)
10 raspberries (you can use the quantity you prefer)
125gr blueberries (you can use the quantity you prefer)
STEPS
Pre-heat oven to 350F/175C.
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together and mix with the coconut oil. Mix with your hands, it should become like a crumble.
Spread the crumble over a tray with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes.
In 3 medium glasses, start pouring a layer of greek yogurt and add a layer of all the rest of the ingredients. I did it in this order: yogurt, cookie crumble, raspberries, yogurt, cookie crumble, blueberries, yogurt, cookie crumble, strawberries.
Top with more berries or ingredient of choice and enjoy! If youβre preparing this healthy dessert in advance, keep in the fridge. You can also prepare these the day before!
* Store in the fridge for 1 week.

AsΓ que he preparado este postre o snack saludable para este dΓa. FΓ‘cil y rΓ‘pido de hacer.
No lleva glΓΊten, ni azΓΊcares aΓ±adidos y puede ser sin lΓ‘cteos si usas un yogur de almendra o coco o soja. AdemΓ‘s es muy bajo en carbohidratos tambiΓ©n.

INGREDIENTES
Galleta:
3/4 taza o gr de harina de almendra
1/4 taza o gr harina de coco
2 scoops de proteΓna de vainilla en polvo (es opcional, si no quieres usar entonces aΓ±ade un poco mΓ‘s de harina de almendra y endulzante preferido)
40gr de aceite de coco (derretido)
1/4 cucharadita de sal rosa del Himalaya
Resto de capas:
250gr de yogur griego o el que prefieras (puedes usar la cantidad que quieras para las capas)
5 fresas (puedes usar la cantidad que quieras)
10 frambuesas (puedes usar la cantidad que quieras)
125gr arΓ‘ndanos (puedes usar la cantidad que quieras)
PASOS
Pre calentar el horno a 175C.
EN un bol, mezclar todos los ingredientes secos de la galleta y mezclar con el aceite de coco usando tus manos hasta que consigas una consistencia de βcrumble o migasβ.
Esparcir las migas por encima de una bandeja con papel de horno y hornear durante 10 minutos.
En 3 vasos medianos de cristal, primero verter un poco de yogur y luego ir aΓ±adiendo capas del resto de frutos rojos y crumble. Yo lo hice en este orden: yogur, crumble, frambuesas, yogur, crumble, arΓ‘ndanos, yogur, crumble, fresas.
Como topping puedes usar mΓ‘s de los mismos ingredientes o el que prefieras y a devorar! Si haces este postre o snack de antemano, lo dejas en la nevera.
* Conservar en la nevera durante 1 semana
